Kevaru roti

(Finger millet bread)

Two cups of finger millet flour

Half a cup of shredded coconut

Two tablespoons of sugar

Pinch of salt



Mix all the dry ingredients together. Add water until becomes dough consistency – not too soft and sticky. Form into small, flat, round pieces (like thin pizza crust).

Cook the roti in a pan that is lightly oiled to make sure the dough does not stick. Cook both sides until lightly brown.
